Our company is currently seeking a Pay4You Specialist and Vendor Enrollment Specialist to join our team! 

Pay4you Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Provide payment details accurately over the phone as well as into online systems
• Interpret the associated instructions to ensure timely and accurate payment application
• Correctly interpret data provided directly from customers
• Handle documents with large numbers of data without mistakes
• Follow-up with customers when a mistake is identified and assist in resolution
• Sort and organize paperwork after completing payment to ensure proper filing


Requirements:
• Proven experience in a data entry position
• Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
• Precise attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Excellent English skills - both oral and written
• High school degree or equivalent


Vendor Specialist


Responsibilities:
• Locate the appropriate contact at the organization that has authority to discuss payment types
• Follow provided guidelines in order to gather critical information regarding credit card acceptance
• Determine eligibility based on predefined criteria
• Accurately maintain Excel Workbooks as well as provide weekly reports
• Correctly interpret and record data received during calls
• Manage multiple verification campaigns at one time
• Follow-up with vendors when credit card acceptance has not been determined


Requirements:
• Proven experience in a data entry or call center position
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
• Precise attention to detail
• Excellent English skills - both oral and written
• High school degree or equivalent
